The Main House: 2-bedroom/2-bath, sleeps four.(use the house and the connecting studio apartment to accommodate six)

Master Bedroom Suite: Large accommodations with glassed lanai in bathroom. King size bed. Down comforter and pillows, bed warmer. Fireplace.

Guest Bedroom: Twin beds with bed warmers.

Connecting Studio apartment: sleeps two. Twin beds (can be king) with feather/down comforters, bed warmers and pullman kitchen, private bath.

Penthouse: Queen size bed and loft. (use the house, connecting studio and penthouse including loft to sleep 10 or more)

This house is described as four bedrooms but two of the “bedrooms” are separate apartments (only used in conjunction with the main house to provide additional privacy). However at no time are these rented separately from the main house. Each could be entered from a private walkway from the front entrance of the main house.

Outdoor Sala: Ideal for dining and private garden entertaining. Comfortable seating with typical Mexican Ecapali furnishings.

Living/dining area: Fireplace, doors open to outdoor garden. Three full couches, large TV and stereo sound system.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cheery, private breakfast nook, microwave.

Rooftop Garden: Comfortable seating where you and your guests can enjoy great sunset views while sipping a margarita.
